# 11.2. Registering Experiencing package
Metric is providing an Experiencing package for newcomers to use Metric’s products.
## 11.2.1. Details
In the Experiencing package, you would gain access to:
* 10 sessions of analysis
* Unlimited number of devices using the account
* Deep analysis of the E-commerce market
* Time of use: **03 days (since successfully registered)**

*You could use the features of downloading lists of deep analyses and Deep Data Download when you have subscribed to the Advanced package or higher.*

## 11.2.2. Instructions for Experiencing package registration
If you had the needs to use the Experiencing package, please follow these instructions:
### **Step 1: Access the Metric’s Consultation registration page**
At the [Home page of Metric](https://metric.vn/), select the “**Liên hệ tư vấn**” (meaning “**Contact for consultation**”) or “**Nghe tư vấn miễn phí**” (meaning “**Listen to free consultation**”) button to open the Metric’s Consultation registration screen.
Moreover, you could fill out your information at the end of the [Home page](https://metric.vn/) to register the Experiencing package.
At the [Metric product service price list](https://metric.vn/analytics/pricing), you could also press the “**Trải nghiệm ngay**” (meaning “**Try out now**”) button with the same result.
### **Step 2: Fill out personal information in the form**
After accessing the Metric’s Consulting registration page, you need to fill in your personal information including full name, email and phone number.

**Caution:**
* *You need to enter your correct email because this will be the email you register to use Metric's Experiencing package.*
* *Each email and phone number can only be used once to register for the Experiencing package.*

At the same time, if possible, please provide your company name, interests, and media that helps you acknowledge Metric so that Metric can support you in the best way.
After filling in your personal information, click the “**Register**” button.
### **Step 3: Confirm successful registration for consultation**
Metric will send you a notification of successful registration for consultation.
Select “**Sử dụng gói trải nghiệm**” (meaning “**Use Experiencing package**”) to proceed to the next steps.
### **Step 4: Verify phone number via Zalo**
You need to enter your phone number to verify your phone number via the Zalo application.
After entering your phone number in the blank box, select “**Yêu cầu mã xác nhận**” (meaning “**Request verification code**”).

* *You need to enter your **correct phone number** and the **correct format**.*
* *The new OTP code request will be processed **after 02 minutes** from the last request.*

>
> Correct phone number: 0912345678
>
> Incorrect phone number format: +84 1234 5678
### **Step 5: Enter OTP code**
Metric will send you an OTP code via your Zalo application on your phone.
You need to copy this OTP code to verify your phone number by entering the code in the code entry box and pressing the “**Xác nhận**” (meaning “**Confirm**”) button.
### Step 6: Successfully register your account
Afterwards, Metric will contact you for further support as soon as possible.
