# Cách lọc đơn ảo khi phân tích

Có một số sản phẩm, shop bán trên sàn Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, Sendo có gian lận đặt đơn ảo để tăng chỉ số đã bán. Để phân tích khách quan và loại bỏ trường hợp này, trên công cụ bộ lọc Metric  đã hỗ trợ sẵn. Bạn chọn **Lọc sản phẩm ảo/bất thường** và bấm **Phân tích**.

Bộ lọc sản phẩm ảo/bất thường trên phần mềm Metric là loại đi các sản phẩm có lượt đánh giá thấp hơn 3% tổng đã bán. Đây là tỉ lệ mà chúng tôi đã quan sát phân tích dữ liệu. Có thể một số ngành hàng đặc thù có tỉ lệ khác.&#x20;

Bạn hoàn toàn có thể điều chỉnh lại tỉ lệ này bằng cách: Bấm phần **Hiện bộ lọc nâng cao.** Sửa lại hệ số Tổng đánh giá x0.05 > Tổng đã bán.

Lưu ý: Bỏ chọn nút **Lọc sản phẩm ảo/bất thường** để bạn có thể bỏ bộ lọc mặc định của Metric.
