📖11.1. Upgrading service packages

Instructions for registering and upgrading service packages

Step 1: Access product service price list

Sign in your Metric account and view the Metric product service price list.

Step 2: Choose the suitable package

  • Choose between Advanced and Premium packages.

  • Choose the number of sessions for analysis: 200, 500 or 1000 sessions.

  • Select “Trải nghiệm ngay” (meaning “Try out now”) to personally activate your experiencing package.

  • Select “Buy package” to personally implement the process of buying Metric’s service packages.

Caution:

  • Choose a package that suits your needs to save and optimize costs.

  • If you need advice on a package that suits your needs, please leave your personal information in the "Trải nghiệm ngay" (meaning “Try out now”) section so that Metric can best support you.

Step 3: Payment instructions

On the right hand side of your screen is the Order information display section, while on the left is the VNPay QR code with transfer feature for you to easily make a transaction for Metric with your package payment.

  • Order information

You can see your package name whether it is Advanced or Premium at item number 1.

Whereas, the total amount of money you need for payment would be exhibited at item number 2.

Moreover, if you had a discount code, you could apply that code at item number 3 then select “Apply”.

  • VNPay QR code:

You access the banking application or VNPay application on your device, press "Scan QR" to scan the VNPayQR Metric code displayed to you on the screen at item number 4.

After scanning the VNPay QR code, your banking application will display order information including invoice number and total payment amount.

After checking that the information matches your Order Information, click “Next” and then continue to complete the transaction process as usual.

In case after 10 minutes, on the account information page displayed that you have not successfully upgraded your account, please contact Fanpage Metric for direct support.
