# 9.3. Logging out devices

Feature: Account

Module: ***Logging out devices***

The feature Logging out devices helps you log out on every device using this account.

{% hint style="info" %}
**Reminder:**

* *The number of login devices can be understood as the total number of browsers (such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, etc.) on each device you are using to access the Metric software.*
  * *For example: You use Metric on 02 devices: a computer and a phone.*

    * *On the computer, you are logged into Metric on 02 browsers (Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge).*
    * *On the phone, you are logged into Metric on Google Chrome.*

    *In this case, Metric will count a total of **03 devices** you have used to log in.*
* *For accounts with device limits, each account can be logged into on a **maximum of 03 or 06 devices simultaneously**.*
* *Metric counts devices as follows: logging into one browser adds +1 device; logging out of one browser subtracts -1 device.*
  {% endhint %}

There are 3 ways to log out:

{% hint style="info" %}
**Note:**

* *If you encounter a case of device limit but can control your logged-in devices, you can log out of other devices using* [*Method 1*](#logout-top-right-of-screen) *or* [*Method 2*](#logout-all-device-in-account-tab)*.*
* *If you encounter a case of device limit but cannot control your logged-in devices, you should use* [*Method 3*](#send-logout-request)*. With this method, the system will automatically log out your account after approximately 1 hour on all devices.*
