How to upgrade my service package on Metric?
To upgrade service packages on Metric:
For customers who have not purchased the service: You will purchase a new service package by scanning the VNPayQR code according to the following instructions, or you can leave your information when selecting "Trải nghiệm ngay" (meaning “Try out now”) so that within a short period of time, Metric's support staff will call you to advise you.
For customers who have purchased a service package from Metric and want to change to a higher package: Leave your information after selecting "Trải nghiệm ngay" (meaning “Try out now”) so that Metric can support you further.
Note: You can try the software and features on Metric for free for 3 days.
How to log into my account in Metric?
To log in your account in Metric, you access to the Metric home page, choose “Công cụ phân tích” (meaning “Analyze tool”), select “Login” and the email you want to use.

How to log out my account in Metric?
For accounts with device limits, each account can be logged into on a maximum of 03 or 06 devices simultaneously.
Metric counts devices as follows: logging into one browser adds +1 device; logging out of one browser subtracts -1 device.
There are 03 ways to execute logging out of your accounts on Metric:
Method 1: Choose "Logout" button at the top right of the Metric screen.
Method 2: Enter "Account" tab and choose "Log out all devices".
Method 3: Click "Send logout request" in the Access Limit popup when your account reaches the device limit, the system would automatically logout your account in approximately 01 hour.
You can choose the suitable way to logout of your account according to each of the recommended situations as followed:
If you encounter a case of device limit but cannot control your logged-in devices, you should use Method 3. With this method, the system will automatically log out your account after approximately 1 hour on all devices.

How Metric counts the number of devices accessing to your account?
The number of login devices can be understood as the total number of browsers (such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, etc.) on each device you are using to access the Metric software.
For example: You use Metric on 02 devices: a computer and a phone.
On the computer, you are logged into Metric on 02 browsers (Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge).
On the phone, you are logged into Metric on Google Chrome.
In this case, Metric will count a total of 03 devices you have used to log in.
For accounts with device limits, each account can be logged into on a maximum of 03 or 06 devices simultaneously.

How to make payments on Metric?
For payment for package registration on Metric
After accessing the Metric product service price list and selecting "Buy package", you could perform the payment process on the personal banking application. If selecting “Trải nghiệm ngay” (meaning “Try out now”), a support staff will call to advise on product registration on Metric within a short period of time.

For payment for sample reports on Metric
After selecting the desired report in the "Sample report" part in the "Report" section, choose "Download detailed PDF report", click "Pay", select payment method and use the personal banking application to scan the QR code.

Service packages' details
Regarding package information, there are 2 types of Metric service packages available: Advanced and Premium (highest) for small and medium-sized businesses with different options for expanding features and data; Enterprise for large businesses. At the same time, the above packages come with the number of sessions for analyses from 200, 500 and 1000 times. If you need advice on which service package is suitable for you, you can leave your personal information after choosing "Trải nghiệm ngay" (meaning “Try out now”) on the Metric product service price list. In addition, you can choose to buy the service package yourself by choosing "Buy package" and following the steps here.
